Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-04-23

UnityLife (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Canadian privacy law — including PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25.

Information we collect

  • Newsletter: your email address and, optionally, first name when you subscribe. We also record the consent timestamp, IP address and signup source as required for CASL compliance.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
  • Analytics: pseudonymous analytics (pageviews, referrer, country) to understand what content is useful.
  • Cookies: strictly-necessary cookies for site functionality and, with your consent, analytics cookies.

How we use your information

  • To send you the UnityLife newsletter you've subscribed to.
  • To respond to your contact-form messages.
  • To improve the site and understand aggregate audience trends.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted processors to run UnityLife — including Vercel (hosting), our database provider, Mailchimp and Resend (email), and Cloudinary (media). We only share the minimum data needed.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email us at hello@unitylife.ca and we'll respond within 30 days.
